Membership agreement

This agreement between Met-San Tarım Aletleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Agrometsan) and the user who creates a customer account on www.agrometsan.com (the Member) takes effect when the account is created.

Account

  • The Member confirms that the information given when creating the account is accurate and up to date.
  • The Member is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for actions taken through the account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.
  • A person opening an account on behalf of a company confirms that they are authorised to represent it.

Orders and prices

  • Prices on the site are 2026 wholesale list prices and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • An order is final once payment reaches our account and we confirm it. If there is a stock or pricing error we will contact you.
  • For sales to consumers, the distance sales contract and pre-contract information form also apply.

Rules of use

  • The Member uses the site in line with applicable law and may not do anything that disrupts the site or threatens its security.
  • Texts, photos, catalogues and designs on the site belong to Agrometsan and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
  • If these rules are breached, Agrometsan may suspend or close the membership.

Personal data

Personal data given during membership is processed in line with the notice on our Privacy policy page.

Ending the agreement

The Member can close the account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Agrometsan may update this agreement when necessary; the current text is published on this page.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes; consumers retain the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
